German Customer Service Agent - Hybrid

Location: Carcavelos, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)

Gross salary for the Italian market: €920 base + €570 language bonus + performance bonus of up to €144 + meal allowance (€180).

Contract: 12 months (with the option to stay longer)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Help with orders, exchanges, and identify upselling opportunities
• Ensure accurate case tracking and timely follow-up
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies
• Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German – mandatory
• Strong English skills – written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
