What does it take to become a SMART Delivery Manager?

• Proven experience in Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar coordination role;
• Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments;
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases;
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage priorities, challenge unrealistic commitments, and proactively escalate risks;
• Fluent French and professional English (mandatory).
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, application migration, or system decommissioning is a plus.
