Ideal Candidate we are looking for: Minimum 10 years in D2C brand growth — has owned a growth P&L, not just executed campaigns. Has built and scaled a content + performance marketing function from ₹100 Cr GMV independently. Has owned an affiliate programme end-to-end — recruitment, ASCI compliance, attribution, payouts.

Deep hands-on GA4 expertise — event configuration, funnel analysis, attribution modelling. Has fixed broken attribution, not just read dashboards. Has run Meta and Google paid campaigns independently — not just briefed an agency.

Has managed a small growth team (2–5 people) and produced results through them. Category experience in high-trust, high-consideration purchases (wellness, beauty, jewellery, health, spiritual) is a strong plus. Personal familiarity with or genuine interest in Vedic astrology, Jyotish, or spiritual wellness.

You will write Reddit posts and brief YouTube scripts — authenticity matters enormously in this category. Startup experience preferred — comfortable with ambiguity, direct accountability to the founder, no large support structure. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Digital Marketing — Channel Ownership Own and execute the SEO editorial calendar — brief the Content Writer, review drafts, publish, track rankings.

Target: 280 organic D2C orders/month by M6. Run the Reddit and Quora authority strategy personally — daily posts in r/astrology, r/Jyotish, r/hinduism, and relevant Quora spaces. Build genuine authority, not spam.

Own Instagram Reels content programme — 3× per week. Brief the Influencer Manager from M4; directly execute M2–M4. Own YouTube content strategy — monthly long-form videos (gemstone education, behind-the-scenes Jaipur sourcing, IGI certification explainers).

Own LinkedIn partner acquisition outreach — targeting practising astrologers, Jyotish teachers, and astrology content creators for the B2B2C partner programme. 2.Performance Marketing Build and manage Meta retargeting campaigns from M4 (warm audiences — site visitors, cart abandoners, past buyers). Target: ₹1,200 blended CAC. Build and manage Google Shopping / PMax campaigns from M4.

Stone + setting category focus. High-intent buyer search terms. Own ad creative briefing, A/B testing, and weekly performance review.

Flag attribution anomalies to Tech Contractor immediately. 3.Affiliate Programme Own the affiliate programme end-to-end — onboarding, content briefs, ASCI compliance verification before every post, UTM reconciliation, commission sign-off. Target: 20 active affiliates by M3, 50 active by M6. Base 15% commission; performance tiers at 18–20% after qualifying thresholds.

Manage the Influencer & Community Manager from M4 — hand over influencer pipeline, retain affiliate governance. Fraud monitoring — click-to-order ratio >15% triggers manual review before payout. 4. Analytics & Reporting Own all GA4 dashboards — daily overview, AI engine funnel, acquisition source, cart abandonment, affiliate performance.

Weekly review, monthly deep-dive. Own UTM taxonomy governance — naming conventions, tagging before every campaign launch, quarterly audits. Own HubSpot affiliate CRM — pipeline, D2C buyer flows, cart abandonment and reorder sequences.

Produce the full monthly attribution report (GA4 + HubSpot combined) by the 7th of each month. 5. Team Leadership (from M2–M4) Brief and manage the Content Writer from M2 — monthly editorial calendar, topic briefs, review and approve all content before publication. Onboard and manage the Influencer & Community Manager from M2 — set KPIs, weekly 1:1, quarterly review.
