Address: Mumbai office – 407, Meadows, Sahar Plaza Complex, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East) -400059 Present Role – Financial Analyst Reporting – Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities • Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates • Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses • Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking • Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution • Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis • Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes • Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments, including AIF related work Requirements: • Qualified CA/ Semi-qualified CA/MBA in finance • 0-3 years’ experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. • Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling. • Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
