Resourcery Group are looking for aFinance Business Partnerto join our client’s growing team — someone who blends strong management accounting skills with commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.

The Opportunity\n

This is a hands-on Finance Business Partner role supporting the leadership team and providing project-based financial analysis. You will work as a key partner to operational teams, using finance as a business tool to drive operational performance. You’ll play a key part in improving processes, driving commercial understanding, and delivering proactive insight across multiple business entities.

What You’ll Do\n

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance.
  • \n
  • Lead on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes – delivering accurate results and clear variance analysis.
  • \n
  • Build and support business cases, providing financial challenge and scenario modelling.
  • \n
  • Challenge assumptions, analyse trends, and provide insight into movements and variances.
  • \n
  • Deliver strong financial modelling and analysis to support strategic and tactical business needs.
  • \n
  • Conduct financial analysis, supporting strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • \n
  • Lead or support ad-hoc financial projects, from variance analysis to cost investigations.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA or equivalent).
  • \n
  • Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
  • \n
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  • \n
  • Pragmatic, improvement-driven,ðu and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
