Your new role\nWorking closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for driving programme, safety, quality and subcontractor performance while leading site teams to achieve key project milestones.
Your responsibilities will include:\n- \n
- Managing all day-to-day site operations \n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants \n
- Driving construction programmes and project sequencing \n
- Maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards \n
- Leading site meetings and stakeholder communication \n
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management \n
- Managing defects, inspections and project handover \n
- Mentoring junior site staff and fostering a high-performance site culture \n

- Proven experience delivering multi-storey residential, mixed-use or commercial projects as a Senior Site Manager \n
- Strong structural and finishes experience \n
- Ability to manage large subcontractor workforces and complex programmes \n
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirements \n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills \n
- Trade background or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded \n
