Were seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Brinsmead site, where delivering an exceptional customer experience is always a top priority.

What Youll Be Doing:\n

As our Retail Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cash Handling & Reconciliation Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrity
\n
• Food Management & Supervision Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
\n
• Site Hygiene & Presentation Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplace
\n
• Performance & KPIs Drive results by meeting budgets and Key Performance Indicators
\n
• Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstars
\n

What Youll Bring:\n

• Proven experience in retail or hospitality management
\n
• Solid computer literacy and comfort with tech tools
\n
• Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs
\n
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
\n
• Food Safety Certification esirable
\n
