About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities across multiple centers. The role requires ensuring seamless operations, high uptime, cost efficiency, and strong vendor management while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities 1.
Facility Operations Management Manage end-to-end facilities operations across all centers (Cult, FF, and other formats) Ensure 99.9% uptime of all facility-related services to support business operations 2. Ticketing & Issue Resolution Ensure timely closure of all facility-related tickets raised via internal tools Coordinate with operations, audit, and quality teams to resolve issues efficiently 3. Process Implementation & Compliance Implement and standardize systems, processes, and SOPs across centers Ensure adherence to predefined budgets and operational guidelines 4.
Cost Optimization & Budget Management Execute facility operations within approved budgets Track budget vs. actuals and drive cost-saving initiatives Identify and implement new opportunities for operational efficiency 5. Vendor Management Manage vendors in collaboration with designated SPOCs to ensure uninterrupted service Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for maintenance and support services Develop backup vendor strategies to handle emergencies 6. Asset Management & Business Continuity Ensure regular testing and maintenance of equipment and machinery Coordinate with AMC partners for preventive maintenance and risk mitigation 7.
Refurbishment & Projects (Refresh) Plan and oversee execution of refurbishment, refresh, and facelift projects Ensure timely completion with quality adherence 8. Quality Assurance Conduct regular quality audits of vendor work and materials used Identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions 9. MIS & Reporting Maintain accurate data and dashboards including PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget reports Share periodic updates with stakeholders on facility performance 10.
Preventive Maintenance Drive preventive maintenance programs to ensure zero downtime Monitor and supervise execution of maintenance schedules Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of facility management operations Vendor and stakeholder management Budgeting and cost control Problem-solving and execution focus Data tracking and MIS reporting Attention to detail and quality orientation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Operations or related field Experience in managing multi-site operations (preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality environments)
