Reporting to the Site Safety Lead, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining, auditing, and advancing the facility's proactive health and safety culture. Key Responsibilities Framework Maintenance: Support the site management team in reviewing, updating, and deploying standard health and safety operating procedures.

Site Inspections: Conduct routine floor walks, risk assessments, and compliance audits to proactively control workplace hazards. Incident Analysis: Coordinate the logging of near-misses and minor accidents, assisting with root-cause investigations and tracking corrective actions. Safety Training: Help design and deliver training documentation to onboarding staff, scheduling refresher courses to support corporate compliance.

Cross-functional Engagement: Champion the EHS agenda in operations and production meetings, effectively influencing teams to uphold safety standards. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 12 years of practical experience within a dedicated health and safety role, ideally in a fast-moving manufacturing, food, or pharma environment. Education: Third-level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a relevant environmental discipline is preferred.

Systems Capability: Strong IT literacy, including proficiency with standard Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint) and shared document management platforms.
