What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Coordinate and monitor application deployments, infrastructure changes, and technical operations, including server migrations and planned maintenance activities.

Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures, technical documentation, and production runbooks.

️ Document application architecture, technical components, operational processes, and monitoring requirements.

⚙️ Manage application releases and coordinate production deployments with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Network, and Systems teams.

Oversee job scheduling and batch processing, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and actively contribute to troubleshooting and service restoration.

🤝 Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve application stability, automation, and operational excellence.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes through standardization, industrialization, and automation.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

✅ Experience supporting and operating enterprise applications in production environments.

️ Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

⚙️ Experience with enterprise schedulers such as BMC Control-M or similar solutions.

Strong scripting skills using Shell (KSH) and PowerShell.

️ Experience working with Oracle databases.

🚀 Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including:

• Jenkins
• Jira
• Confluence

Knowledge of Python for automation and scripting.

Experience with Micro Focus CSA (HCM) is considered an advantage.

Rotating working hours between 06:30 and 19:30.

Participation in an on-call rotation, including weekends.
