Materialogue is India's first material discovery and management platform built exclusively for architects and interior designers. We're building the future of material selection by connecting designers, brands and technology on one seamless platform.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Design Community Manager—someone who will become the voice of our designers and help shape the future of the product.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
• Conduct product demos and onboard new users.
• Gather designer feedback and work closely with our Product and Development teams to improve the platform.
• Coordinate with brands to ensure timely responses to designer enquiries and quotations.
• Test new platform features from a user experience perspective.
• Research new materials, products and industry trends.
• Support community engagement through content, events and educational initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

You'd be a great fit if you:

• Have experience or a strong understanding of the architecture, interior design, construction materials or allied industries.
• Are an excellent communicator with outstanding people skills.
• Are confident, articulate and enjoy meeting new people.
• Are organised, proactive and naturally curious.
• Love solving problems and working with technology.
• Want to grow into a leadership role as Materialogue scales.

A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred, but not essential. Relevant industry experience matters more.

Please note: This is not a traditional Sales or Business Development role. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, understand designers' needs and translate those insights into a better platform.

Location: Mumbai preferred (Hybrid possible, work-from-home is not suitable for this role)

Compensation: As per industry standards.
