Location: Makarba (Ahmedabad) Zundal (Ahmedabad) Roles and Responsibilities : Ensure smooth onboarding of clients by the team.

Onboarding the client and hand over to other teams for ongoing process. Look at issues escalated by existing clients to ensure they are resolved and clients as well as management is updated of the same. This includes investigation the issues and having meetings with the team and managers to work out the solution.

Have regular management calls/touch points with the clients to check on the service levels and report back to the management on the same. Identify upskill opportunities in existing clients. Goal and targets as per management meeting or assigned by Management.

Responsible for the overall project / client satisfaction Ensure the agreed Client onboarding process e.g. Onboarding checklist is followed- Regular internal audit of our Retail clients to ensure that the polices and procedures are followed, and proper accounting rules are followed. Ensure regular checks of Client process documents prepared by our teams and ensure they are proper and updated regularly.

Sending out Indian Public Holiday updates to clients as per Holiday calendar. Other tasks as assigned.
