Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Franchise Development Manager. The role involves identifying and attracting potential franchise partners, developing business plans aligned with organizational goals, and managing the onboarding process. Key responsibilities include lead generation, fostering relationships with prospective franchisees, and providing training to ensure operational success. Working collaboratively with internal teams and engaging in effective business planning will be central to the role.
Qualifications Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising operations Skills in Business Planning and developing strategic growth initiatives Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying prospective clients or opportunities Experience in providing effective franchisee Training and support Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Capability to work independently and deliver results in an on-site environment Proven track record in expanding franchise networks is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
