Location: Kolkata (Dhulagor) CTC: Up to ₹5- 7 LPA Experience: 5 –7 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Purchase Manager with strong experience in procurement of electrical, mechanical & electronics components along with basic logistics coordination.

The role involves ensuring timely sourcing of quality materials for industrial measurement systems used in steel and aluminium industries. Key Responsibilities Procurement (Electrical,mechanical & Electronics): Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical, mechanical and electronic items such as sensors, PLCs, cables, panels, control systems, instrumentation components, rails, bearings, screws etc Source and develop vendors (domestic & international). Handle RFQs, techno-commercial comparisons, and price negotiations.

Ensure material quality, specification compliance, and timely delivery. Coordinate with engineering teams for technical requirements. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners for imports/shipments.

Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch & receipt. Handle basic import documentation (invoice, packing list, etc.). Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with Projects, Engineering, and Service teams.

Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database, and documentation. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost control. Qualification Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) Key Requirements 5–7 years of experience in procurement of electrical & electronics items.

Experience in industrial/engineering domain preferred. Exposure to import procurement and logistics coordination. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel. Good communication and coordination abilities.
