Business Data Analyst - $42 An Hour

What’s the Job?

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong Excel skills and SharePoint 365 experience to support business reporting and data analysis. This role involves collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to support operational decision‑making.

Pay: $42/hr. 2 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on business data, including inventory, customer service results, and SKU performance
• Collect, validate, and maintain data accuracy across multiple sources
• Create clear Excel‑based reports and summaries for stakeholders
• Support and manage SharePoint 365 sites as an admin or key user
• Collaborate with developers, system architects, and business teams
• Prepare presentations and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint
• Support workflow improvements and automation initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data formatting, Lookup & Reference, Text, and Logical functions)
• Experience working with multiple data sources and basic data analytics
• Experience as a SharePoint 365 admin or power user
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to Have

• Workflow development experience
• Microsoft Power Automate experience
• Exposure to SAP reporting or data environments
