Role Description The Administrative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This position is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including scheduling, document management, and coordination of internal meetings and events.

The Administrative Manager will support leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and preparation of presentations and reports. The role includes developing and maintaining administrative processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Administrative Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with onboarding and HR-related documentation, and help maintain a productive and organized workplace.
Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including office management, scheduling, and document control.
  • Experience with business operations support, such as vendor coordination, procurement, and basic budgeting or expense tracking.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a technology, engineering, or startup environment is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Interest in sustainable technologies and AI infrastructure is beneficial.
