SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Publishing, including content authoring, publishing workflows, and content management.
• Proficiency in JIRA for Agile project tracking, sprint planning, issue management, and workflow coordination.
• Experience using Confluence for creating, managing, and maintaining project documentation, knowledge bases, and collaboration spaces.
