We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in RFPs, proposal development, and technical documentation who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, structured documentation, and storytelling , with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives. Key Responsibilities RFPs, RFIs & Proposal Development Lead and support end-to-end RFP/RFI responses and proposal development Analyze client requirements and translate them into structured, compelling proposals Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to gather inputs Develop winning proposals with clear value propositions and solution articulation Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in all submissions Technical Documentation & Content Development Create and maintain high-quality: User guides API documentation Release notes Solution documents White papers Develop structured documentation using standards such as DITA/XML Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content Ensure version control and documentation governance Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows Translate business needs into functional specifications for engineering teams Support solution design and validation Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support Partner with Sales teams in pre-sales engagements Contribute to solution design, demos, and client presentations Develop solution narratives tailored to client use cases Support bid defense meetings and client discussions Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams Ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders Quality & Process Excellence Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables Continuously improve proposal and documentation processes Executive Reporting & Visibility Provide weekly updates to leadership/CEO on: RFP pipeline and submission status Proposal win/loss insights Documentation progress and priorities Key risks, dependencies, and timelines Present insights and recommendations to improve win rates and efficiency Requirements Must-Have 8–12 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, and proposal development Proven experience in RFP/RFI responses and end-to-end proposal management Strong expertise in technical documentation (user guides, APIs, white papers, release notes) Experience working with structured authoring frameworks such as DITA/XML Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, client-focused narratives Experience across domains such as ERP, healthcare, telecom, banking, or AI-driven platforms Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Experience in SaaS, APIs, or integration platforms like TrustGrid Exposure to pre-sales and solution consulting Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integrations Experience in fast-paced startup environments What Success Looks Like High-quality, winning RFP responses and proposals Clear, scalable, and well-structured documentation ecosystem Improved proposal turnaround time and win rates Strong alignment between business requirements and technical delivery Recognition as a trusted partner to Sales, Product, and Leadership teams TrustGrid Job Application Process At TrustGrid, we don’t just build the future of technology — we live it.
