Branch Manager – Edinburgh (Lead, Motivate, Inspire) Overview We’re the UK’s largest builders’ merchant with over 500 branches. As Branch Manager you will lead a team of 18, manage 5 vehicles, oversee tool hire, and run the Benchmarx kitchen crew. What You’ll Be Doing Lead a high‑performing team, build customer relationships, keep the branch profitable and running smoothly.
Coordinate sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing, yard operations and safety. Customer‑First Approach: build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
Driving Sales & Operational Excellence: lead sales strategies, manage stock, deliveries and day‑to‑day operations. Safety & Compliance: maintain health & safety standards. Team Growth & Development: recruit, train and mentor the team.
