Booker Group – National Account Executive

Overview

As Account Manager for the Quaker portfolio, you will drive growth within Booker Group by owning P&L, JBP negotiations, and forecasting. You’ll coordinate with PepsiCo and Booker Field teams to shape distribution, promotions, and NPD initiatives. You’ll build and sustain external partnerships across Booker branches and catering teams, while coordinating cross-functional planning for in-store and digital execution.

This role offers exposure to a major wholesale account and strategic influence across retail and catering channels. You will directly impact performance, scale distribution, and deliver commercial wins.

• Lead Quaker portfolio across Booker Group with full P&L ownership, JBP tracking, forecasting, and promotional planning.
• Coordinate internal and external PepsiCo & Booker Group field agenda, including priorities, distribution, and NPD initiatives.
• Develop and nurture external relationships with Booker branches, Booker Retail, and Booker Catering sales teams.
• Own Hero 30 retail distribution and Premium & Mainstream catering distribution initiatives, tracking progress and aligning stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial and shopper marketing on in-store, in-outlet, in-depot, and digital execution.
• Provide periodic promotional and NPD performance analysis.
• Support planning and delivery of internal and external events and meetings.

• Account management experience with understanding of P&L, forecasting sales pipeline, promotional plan optimization, and JBP tracking.
• Experience in internal and external networking to deliver results.
• Strong self-awareness with adaptable communication across audiences (from frontline to director level).
• Drive for results with proactive idea initiation and resilience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, urgency, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Proficient analytical skills and IT proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.
