The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily business operations, manage team performance, ensure targets and objectives are met, and address customer and stakeholder needs.

The role will also involve supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring operational efficiency, and reporting to senior management on progress and outcomes. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring Proficiency in strategic planning, goal-setting, and operational efficiency Strong customer relationship management and communication skills Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Exposure to logistics or transportation industry standards is advantageous Familiarity with relevant software tools and office applications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field Ability to work on-site and manage operations effectively
