Assistant Accountant

Faircloth & Reynolds Pty Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full‑time role provides an opportunity to progress your accounting career and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assisting with general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with maintaining the motor vehicle register for a large fleet
• Inventory & supplier management
• General accounting duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce, or currently studying toward one
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and accounting software
• A can‑do attitude with willingness to learn and be a team player
