Overview

As part of the Key Account Management team, you will lead Boots UK’s upper-funnel affiliate partnerships on the Awin network. You’ll guide publishers, influencers, and editorial partners to grow brand awareness and performance, while delivering insight-led optimisations. Collaborating with cross-functional teammates, you’ll expand reach, nurture key relationships, and drive affiliate revenue.

This role blends strategic thinking, analytics, and relationship management in a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture health and beauty affiliate partners; act as the client-facing owner for assigned publishers
  • Generate performance reports and provide insightful commentary to optimise activity
  • Streamline processes and coordinate regular client calls to align with goals
  • Propose and implement ideas to grow upper-funnel affiliate activity and support quarterly/yearly strategies
  • Produce competitor benchmarks and monitor industry trends to identify Boots opportunities in upper funnel
  • Optimise existing publishers and recruit new upper-funnel partners
  • Deliver confident presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep campaigns updated on tracking and optimization technologies to maximize effectiveness

Key requirements
  • 1+ years of account management in a relevant digital marketing role
  • Retail affiliate experience preferred (health and beauty experience not essential)
  • Strong numeracy and knowledge of MS Office
  • Strategic thinker with ability to spot opportunities and risks
  • Professional with proven relationship-building and networking skills
  • Accountability mindset with ownership and proactive communication
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Forecasting ability with clear rationale
