Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to manage and grow our existing System Integrator (SI) / Implementation Partner accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for farming existing client relationships, generating new staffing requirements, and partnering closely with the delivery team to ensure successful fulfillment of positions through consultant onboarding.

This is a highly client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, relationship management, and account coordination skills. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the recruitment team, ensuring seamless service delivery while driving account growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Farming & Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing SI/Implementation Partner clients to generate new staffing requirements and expand business opportunities.
• Requirement Generation: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand hiring needs and secure new staffing requirements.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Delivery Coordination: Collaborate closely with recruiters, delivery leads, and account managers to ensure timely sourcing, submission, interview coordination, offer management, and consultant onboarding.
• Requirement Tracking: Monitor the progress of open positions, follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities to ensure successful closures.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure SLA adherence and seamless execution.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and share regular account updates, hiring metrics, pipeline reports, and fulfillment status with internal leadership.
• Issue Resolution: Identify delivery bottlenecks, resolve client escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase hiring volume and expand business within existing client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in farming on Implementation Partner (SI) account management, client servicing, or account farming.
• Proven experience in generating new requirements from existing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
• Experience coordinating with recruiting/delivery teams to achieve successful closures.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment with multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ATS/VMS tools.
• Ability to analyze account performance and drive continuous business growth.

Preferred Educational Backgrounds:

• Engineering (Any Discipline)
• B.Tech / M.Tech
• MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, or General Management)
• BBA / BBM
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline
• Any graduate with relevant experience in US Staffing, Client Services, or Account Management
