At F5 Advertainment, we're looking for a talented 3D Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into immersive event experiences. If you have a passion for designing stunning stage setups, exhibition spaces, brand activations, and experiential events, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality 3D event concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and brand activations.
• Create realistic stage designs, venue layouts, exhibition stalls, and experiential spaces.
• Develop detailed 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation-ready visuals.
• Work closely with the Client Servicing, Creative, and Production teams to translate client briefs into impactful concepts.
• Ensure all designs are practical, production-friendly, and aligned with budgets.
• Incorporate branding, lighting, materials, and spatial planning into every design.
• Revise concepts based on client feedback while maintaining design excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
  

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a 3D Graphic Designer in the Events, Experiential Marketing, Exhibition industry.

✔ Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, and execution.

✔ Ability to conceptualize creative event environments from scratch.

✔ Excellent visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• This is an on-site role based in Mumbai
• Candidates must be located in Mumbai
• Prior experience in the Events Industry is preferred
