About the Role We are looking for a highly energetic, client-facing professional who enjoys interacting with senior academic leaders, solving problems, conducting presentations, and driving institutional success. This role combines Customer Success, Implementation, Training, Relationship Management, and Institutional Business Development. You will work directly with Directors, Deans, IQAC Heads, Accreditation Teams, and University Leadership to help institutions successfully adopt and maximize value from the Studium platform.

Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Implementation • Lead implementation of Studium solutions across assigned institutions. • Conduct onboarding sessions, trainings, workshops, and review meetings. • Build strong relationships with institutional stakeholders. • Understand client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions. • Ensure product adoption, usage, and successful outcomes. • Coordinate with internal Product, Technology, and Support teams. Presentations & Institutional Engagement • Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to university leadership teams. • Conduct campus visits and client meetings across Chennai and South India. • Represent Studium at conferences, workshops, FDPs, and institutional events. • Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, and client communications. Business Development Support • Assist the sales team during product demonstrations and evaluation discussions. • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Support relationship-building with prospective institutions. • Maintain strong follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.

Desired Skills ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔ Strong presentation and public speaking ability ✔ Professional email drafting and documentation skills ✔ Confidence in interacting with senior academic leaders ✔ Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills ✔ Willingness to travel across South India when required ✔ Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Academic Operations, Institutional Relations, Business Development, Client Management, or similar client-facing roles. • Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, SaaS, Consulting, Training, or Relationship Management will be preferred. • Kannada proficiency is highly desirable. • Additional South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) will be an added advantage. • Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
