Job Title: 8 Analyst / Senior Analyst positions (Experienced Candidates) 1 Team Lead (TD) position 1 Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (AM/DM) position Job Overview We are looking for experienced Customer Support Professionals to manage customer email communications through secure messaging channels within banks' web banking platforms. The role also involves account maintenance activities such as address updates and other customer servicing requests.
The selected candidates will support functions related to Tax, Escrow, Mortgage, Mortgage Insurance, Hazard Insurance, and Flood Insurance services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries received via secured banking email channels. Handle account maintenance requests, including address changes and profile updates.
Provide support for Mortgage, Tax, Escrow, Mortgage Insurance, Hazard Insurance, and Flood Insurance-related inquiries. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests while maintaining service quality standards. Adhere to banking compliance, security, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience Excellent written communication and email drafting skills. Prior experience handling email-based customer support processes. Experience in Mortgage, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domains is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
