Role Description AGI Moneey is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

AGI Moneey is the official partner of Govt. of Assam in it's Salary-Linked Credit (SLC) Scheme & hence the focus would be solving the concerns of the Employees of the Govt. of Assam regarding the same. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes Assist customers with loan-related queries, repayments, and account issues Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards Requirements & Skills Compulsory - Fluency in Assamese (Verbal Communications) Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude www.agimoneey.com
