Job Overview We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, website development, and SEO, along with the ability to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution from brief to delivery. This role is suited for someone who can understand client requirements, translate them into clear action points, work closely with creative and technical teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time with quality.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams including design, development, SEO, content, and marketing. Understand client business goals and convert them into actionable digital plans.

Manage projects related to branding, website development, and SEO campaigns. Prepare briefs for internal teams and ensure clear communication of client requirements. Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets.

Follow up with internal teams to ensure work is completed on schedule. Present strategies, campaign updates, reports, and performance insights to clients. Collect client feedback, manage revisions, and ensure smooth project completion.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant digital services. Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency, branding agency, or similar environment. Good understanding of branding, identity design, and digital communication. Basic knowledge of website design and development processes, including UI/UX, CMS platforms, and development workflows.

Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO basics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients and projects at the same time. Ability to understand reports, performance data, and campaign results. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
