Job Description : Please find the below Job Description : Process Analyst – SOP & Wholesale Lending (Loan IQ) Location: Chennai Job Summary We are hiring a Process Analyst with strong expertise in SOP development and Wholesale Lending operations. The role focuses on documenting end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency across syndicated loan portfolios. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan IQ, LIQ TOM requirements, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering end-to-end process flows, roles, controls, SLAs, and governance standards Document processes from initiation to closure , including decision points, exceptions, escalation paths, and handoffs Conduct stakeholder walkthroughs to gather requirements and define ownership and system dependencies Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and training teams to ensure process alignment and approvals Manage lifecycle of wholesale lending (syndicated, agency, bilateral loans) including drawdowns, reconciliation, and SLA adherence Drive process improvements , identify gaps, and ensure strong risk and control frameworks Support secondary loan trading activities and ensure accuracy in fund movements Work in Agile environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence Communicate complex information effectively and support resolution of escalations Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Process Documentation / SOP / Business Analysis Strong domain knowledge in Wholesale Lending Hands-on experience with Loan IQ Knowledge of LIQ TOM requirements Experience in Secondary Loan Trading Exposure to Agile, JIRA, and Confluence Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills Good understanding of compliance, risk, and governance frameworks
