It is both a strategic and tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty should not apply. OVERVIEW The Analyst- Logistics Invoicing is responsible for driving Operations with excellence.
The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support-Invoicing team.
The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role KEY RESPOSIBILITES Process Management β Ariba PO creation, PO Enhancement and Closure, PO Value recon Warehouse Operations β Audit the WHS activities, WHS Costs analysis, AOP vs Actuals Transportation Invoicing β Validate the Contract vs Actual invoices, Challenge T-1 Carriers for discrepancies System Integration β Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems, OTM and SAP Interfaces Invoice Reconciliation β Expertise in WHS and T1 Invoicing, Warehouse Invoice Audit, ECC Data vs Actual Invoice audit Month End processing β Journal Posting, GL Account recon, Cost Center value optimization, Accrual Calculation, Accrual Posting Blocked Invoices resolution β Validate Blocked Invoices, Vendor SOA checks Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency KEY INTERFACES Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing T1 and WHS, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Chain Finance, Finance Controllers and IT Teams REQUIREMENTS 2-5 yearsβ Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations Working Knowledge in SAP ECC is a must and SRM, ARIBA, OTM expertise will be an added advantage Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English Location(s) Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC
