Qualifications β 5β8 years in SEO, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or consulting environments β Proven experience in driving measurable pipeline or revenue via SEO β Strong hands-on experience across: β Technical SEO β On-page & off-page SEO β Content strategy β Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation tools β Familiarity with programmatic SEO and large-scale content systems β Experience with cloud platforms or automation frameworks is a plus Youβll work on: β Cutting-edge AI SEO convergence (programmatic, Agentic workflows) β High-impact global campaigns across North America and Europe β A culture that values ownership, speed, and intellectual curiosity Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Revenue Alignment β Build and execute a global SEO strategy aligned to a $35M revenue pipeline target (2026) β Identify high-intent keyword clusters across services, solutions, and migration-led growth pages β Own organic contribution to pipeline, not just traffic metrics 2. Core SEO Execution (Foundational Excellence) This is where consistency beats cleverness. β Conduct comprehensive keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, intent-driven clustering) β Perform on-page optimization: β Meta titles, descriptions, headers β Keyword placement and semantic optimization β Content structure and readability β Manage technical SEO hygiene: β Crawl ability, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt β Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization β Fixing broken links, redirects, canonical issues β Execute internal linking strategies to improve authority flow and discover-ability β Perform regular SEO audits and implement fixes proactively β Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics using SEO tools 3. AI-Driven & Programmatic SEO β Design and deploy programmatic SEO frameworks using AI workflows β Implement SEO GEO scripting using Claude Code or equivalent tools to scale content and optimization β Build systems for high-volume page generation with quality control 4. Automation & Cloud-Driven SEO Operations β Leverage cloud automation to streamline SEO workflows (audits, reporting, publishing) β Build repeatable pipelines for: β Content production β Internal linking β Technical SEO checks β Focus on efficiency and scale over manual execution 5. Content Strategy & Optimization β Partner with content teams to develop SEO-driven content calendars β Optimize existing content for: β Improved rankings β Higher engagement and conversions β Ensure alignment with search intent across the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) β Drive content refresh and pruning strategies 6. Experimentation at Scale β Run small-scale SEO experiments rapidly, then scale winning strategies β Test: β Content formats β SERP features β AI-generated vs human-assisted content β Establish a continuous optimization loop 7. Authority Building & Link Growth Engine β Own and scale: β Link insertions β Guest posting programs β Link exchanges and partnerships β Conduct backlink audits and disavow toxic links where necessary β Manage and grow inbound requests for collaborations and paid placements β Build a sustainable backlink acquisition engine that compounds over time 8. Global Brand Expansion β Strengthen Kanerikaβs search visibility in the U.S. and Europe β Localize and optimize content for regional search behavior and intent β Position Kanerika as a thought leader in data, AI, and analytics 9.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights β Track and report on: β Organic traffic β Keyword rankings β Conversion rates and pipeline contribution β Use tools like: β Google Analytics β Google Search Console β SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) β Translate data into actionable insights and strategy adjustments 10. Team Leadership & Mentorship β Mentor and coach junior SEO resources β Establish SOPs and quality benchmarks β Operate as a hands-on leader (player-coach mindset) 11.
