Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions. Provide proactive communication to clients regarding any potential challenges. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes.

Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.

Strong understanding of (industry/niche) and client needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
