Exploration Manager

Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba Travel Required: Periodic travel to project sites across Canada Job Type: Full-time Job description: Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related discipline. Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) designation or eligibility for registration.

Minimum 5 years in a senior management and leadership role. Minimum 10 years of mineral exploration experience. Experience managing exploration budgets and field programs.

Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel. Preferred Experience in mineral exploration consulting.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with QGIS, Leapfrog Geo, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Indigenous engagement and permitting processes.

NI 43-101 reporting experience.
