Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Salesperson. The responsibilities include identifying clients' property needs, presenting and promoting available real estate options, conducting site visits, and negotiating deals to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring all legal and regulatory aspects of property sales are met.

Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one Strong Sales skills and ability to meet targets Customer Service skills for understanding and addressing client requirements Effective communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the local real estate market in Ahmedabad Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
