As Legal Counsel, you will provide critical legal advice, manage litigation across jurisdictions, and develop educational resources on health law issues. Your expertise in health law and strategic oversight will be essential in enhancing nursing practices throughout Canada. Key Responsibilities: โข Provide legal advice to nursing professionals โข Review and analyze legal documents thoroughly โข Manage litigation proceedings and compliance across jurisdictions โข Deliver educational modules on legal issues in nursing โข Document legal services per employer standards Requirements: โข Law degree from a recognized Canadian university โข Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience โข 3 years of health law experience preferred โข Experience with healthcare professionals is an asset โข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 Contribute your legal expertise and develop impactful education in Health Law to support CNPS and nursing professionals nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
