Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce | D2C & B2B) Location : Kolkata, India (Work From Office) Experience : 5–8 Years Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our existing e-commerce platform and drive growth across both D2C and B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling online businesses, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering measurable growth in revenue and qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Own and manage the company’s e-commerce website, driving growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue β€’ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for both D2C and B2B segments β€’ Drive online sales through performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms β€’ Build and optimize marketing funnels: D2C: Traffic β†’ Conversion β†’ Retention β†’ Repeat Purchase B2B: Lead Generation β†’ Lead Nurturing β†’ Conversion β€’ Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO) β€’ Manage and enhance product visibility across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. β€’ Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns β€’ Generate and manage B2B leads via landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns, and CRM tools β€’ Analyze campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and derive actionable insights β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Design, Content) to improve customer journey β€’ Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI across channels Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing e-commerce platforms β€’ Proven experience in scaling existing e-commerce businesses (not just launching new ones) β€’ Strong exposure to both D2C sales and B2B lead generation strategies β€’ Expertise in performance marketing (PPC, paid social, retargeting, LinkedIn Ads) β€’ Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar) β€’ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools β€’ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) β€’ Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email automation β€’ Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing β€’ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience managing established e-commerce brands with ongoing revenue targets β€’ Knowledge of marketplace growth strategies (Amazon/Flipkart ads and ranking) β€’ Familiarity with marketing automation and customer lifecycle management β€’ Exposure to cross-channel attribution and advanced analytics About the Company ARC Document Solutions is a global leader in digital printing, document management, and information solutions.
