We're Hiring: UGC Creator & Social Media Manager Jaipur, Rajasthan Ranawat Group is looking for a creative and driven UGC Creator & Social Media Manager to help build and manage our digital presence across real estate, lifestyle, and hospitality brands. Responsibilities * Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media campaigns. * Collaborate closely with our videographer and creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute content shoots. * Appear on camera when required as a presenter, host, or brand representative. * Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and posting schedules. * Research trends, viral formats, and content opportunities relevant to our audience. * Write captions, assist with scripting, and maintain brand consistency across platforms. * Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and growth. Requirements * Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends. * Confident communication and on-camera presence. * Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content strategy. * Experience in content creation, UGC, social media management, or a related field is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
