Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to strengthen the kothari infra brand and engage target audiences.

This role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, managing posting schedules, and optimizing content performance through analytics. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to gather project updates, craft stories, and ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals. Daily tasks include monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, tracking trends, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data.

The role also includes coordinating with designers, agencies, or vendors as needed to support content production. Qualifications Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing business pages across major platforms. Content skills, including Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.

Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent the brand professionally online. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Ability to plan campaigns, manage calendars, and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in social media management for corporate, infrastructure, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
