Business Analyst

These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. Role Summary: We’re looking for a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and AI product development.

You’ll gather requirements, analyze processes, and define features for generative AI-based tools. Key Responsibilities: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Gen AI use. Translate business problems into clear product/feature requirements.

Document user stories, workflows, and success metrics. Analyze the impact of AI adoption and generate insights for improvement. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure solution alignment.

Requirements 4+ years in business analysis or product roles. Experience working in agile environments with technical teams. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Understanding of AI use cases across industries is preferred.
