Role: Business Analyst Location: Chennai Experience : 3-5 years Key Responsibilities: Business Needs Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure that technology solutions align with strategic goals. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions to drive successful project outcomes. Project Delivery : Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, quality outputs, and adherence to project scope.

Create and maintain project roadmaps, plans, and status reports. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with business and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities. Change Leadership : Champion organizational change by leading technology transformation initiatives, improving processes, and driving efficiency.

Solution Design & Development : Design and implement technology solutions that address business needs, leveraging innovation and technical expertise. Automation Implementation : Identify opportunities for process automation and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
