Role: Officer on Special Duty (OSD) @ CEO’s Office This role would involve working closely with top management on strategic, research-oriented, and cross-functional initiatives, strong analytical capability, business understanding, coordination skills, and professional maturity to assist in evolving long term strategic directions for the group. Further: • Research and analytical work across broader business and macroeconomic contexts • Tracking and interpreting global trade, economic and geopolitical developments • Preparing reports, presentations, briefs, and management notes • Coordinating across functions and driving follow-through on behalf of leadership • Engaging with external stakeholders including industry bodies, academic institutions, research agencies, and professional networks • Leveraging technology, AI tools, and digital research platforms for research, productivity and insight generation The ideal individual would possess: • An Engineering background; MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred, 8-10 years professional experience • Should have worked closely with CXOs/top management in mid-to-large organizations • Strong quantitative orientation with data structure and analytics and statistics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong presentation-building and articulation capabilities • High ownership, responsiveness, discretion, and sound judgment Softer attributes: A positive mindset, solution-oriented approach, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.
