Role Summary The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and managing resident engagement, community programs, partnerships, events, and resident experience initiatives across co-living properties. The role requires someone who can combine community building, operations, events, and customer happiness to improve resident retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1.
Community Building & Resident Engagement โ Build a strong resident community across properties. โ Foster a sense of belonging among residents. โ Drive resident interaction through structured engagement initiatives. โ Manage onboarding experience for new residents. 2. Events & Experiences Plan and execute high-quality engagement activities, including: โ Community dinners โ Fitness & wellness sessions โ Networking events โ Movie nights โ Workshops & masterclasses โ Festival celebrations โ Sports tournaments โ Weekend outings & social mixers 3. Resident Experience & Retention โ Improve resident satisfaction and retention. โ Proactively engage with residents to solve concerns. โ Collect regular feedback and implement improvements. โ Work closely with operations and property teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4.
Digital Community Management โ Manage resident WhatsApp/Telegram groups. โ Create monthly engagement calendars. โ Drive participation through digital engagement campaigns. โ Ensure timely communication and updates. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) โ Resident satisfaction (NPS) โ Retention/Renewal % โ Resident engagement score โ Event participation % โ Referral conversions โ Community activity levels โ Occupancy support metrics Skills Required โ Strong communication and interpersonal skills โ Event management experience โ Community-building mindset โ High ownership & execution ability โ Vendor and partnership management โ Problem-solving approach โ Social media/community handling Experience: 1โ5 years of experience
