Mammoth is a world-leading provider of equipment and innovative power system solutions, with operations across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico and Argentina, supporting the mining, transport, rail, industrial, agriculture and marine sectors.
We're rewriting how our Customer Service function operates. We're at the start of an exciting transformation, and we're hiring 2 x Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Acacia Ridge. Help us shape our futureand join us on the journey to success.

The role:
Our customers operate in technically complex, high-value, and often time-critical environments.
A single enquiry might require you to anticipate needs, validate technical detail, understand context and history, investigate options, coordinate across departments, generate a quote, process an order, manage logistical expectations, and proactively manage the customer through to resolution in a case lifecycle that may span days / weeks.
You own the outcome. You don't wait for someone else to chase it. You drive momentum and make sure the customer is never left to navigate our internal complexity themselves.
Most importantly, you make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate customer orders and product enquiries
- Coordinate logistics, and deliver end-to-end pre- and post-sales support
- Keep our shared Salesforce case queue moving and CRM records ready
- Contribute proactively to a positive, solutions-driven team culture - and to continuous improvement
- A true customer service professional who thrives on ownership, accountability, and high standards - and genuinely cares about the customer experience
- Highly organised, with integrity and pride in your work to move at pace without cutting corners
- Commercially switched-on - you understand that every customer interaction is a potential commercial opportunity
- A team player and a role model. You'll invest in your own self development, and help raise the standard of the team around you
- 3+ years in a customer service, sales support or order management role. Exposure to B2B, technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or automotive sales/service environments is highly desired
- Experience managing enquiries through a shared case or ticketing queue (Salesforce or similar CRM)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Systems, processes, and operational rhythms will continue to evolve. We need someone who treats improvement as part of the job, and values it as part of the opportunity
- 6:30am - 2:30pm
- 8.30am - 4.30pm
- 11.00am - 7.00pm.
