Hiring: Data Integration Engineer / ETL Developer (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer / ETL Developer to join their data platform team in Gurgaon.

Experience: 3 to 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• ETL Pipeline Development: Design, build, deploy, and optimize robust SSIS packages and ETL workflows to move data across enterprise platforms.
• Data Integration & Ingestion: Extract, transform, and load structured/unstructured data from ERPs, CRMs, relational databases, flat files, and REST APIs into the data warehouse.
• Data Modeling & Cleansing: Implement data cleansing, standardization, and business rules; build star-schema data structures tailored for analytics and reporting.
• Job Scheduling & Automation: Configure and maintain SQL Server Agent jobs and workflow dependencies to ensure reliable, automated execution with zero manual intervention.
• Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Optimize complex T-SQL queries and SSIS package buffer settings, handling error logging, audit checks, and execution logs.

Desired Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Core Tech Stack: Expert-level SSIS (Visual Studio/SSDT) and advanced T-SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, query performance tuning).
• Database & Automation: Strong working knowledge of SQL Server database administration basics and SQL Server Agent workflow scheduling.
• Data Warehousing: Proven experience in dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), staging workflows, and incremental loading logic (CDC/UPSERT).
