A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Manager Talent Operations & Delivery reporting to Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.

A bit about your role

As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations and workforce programs that support nbn’s strategic priorities. Working across process optimisation, recruitment operations, supplier management, reporting and workforce initiatives, you will translate strategic direction into practical plans, streamlined processes and meaningful outcomes that enhance the employee and candidate experience. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working, improve governance and optimise service delivery, ensuring recruitment practices remain efficient, scalable and aligned to business needs.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, business leaders, external suppliers and transformation teams to deliver strategic hiring initiatives and workforce projects across the enterprise. Through data-driven insights and thoughtful recommendations, you will help inform decision-making, drive continuous improvement and support workforce outcomes that enable nbn to meet its current and future talent needs. This is a role where you can bring structure to complexity, influence positive change and have a visible impact on both business performance and employee experience.

You have a proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead process improvement initiatives and deliver outcomes through strong planning, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail. Comfortable working in evolving environments, you bring sound judgement, resilience and a practical approach to solving challenges and navigating ambiguity.

You thrive on building trusted relationships and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. With experience managing suppliers, projects and governance requirements, you are confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and translating complex information into meaningful insights and executive-ready presentations. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating better ways of working, lifting organisational capability and delivering people-centred solutions that make a lasting difference for employees, candidates and the broader business.
