Location: Belfast (community travel required)
Salary: £28,040 | Permanent | 35 hours

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting a Housing First Case Worker for a leading homelessness service provider in Northern Ireland.

Working within a Housing First, trauma-informed and harm reduction model, you will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs. You will help service users sustain accommodation, improve wellbeing and access services that promote long-term independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions.
• Complete needs and risk assessments.
• Develop and review support plans.
• Support tenancy sustainment and resettlement.
• Advocate for service users and coordinate support services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Undertake outreach and community-based support work.

Essential: * Level 3 Social Care qualification and 2 years' experience with vulnerable adults

OR

* 3 years' experience with vulnerable adults and Level 2 English & Maths

* Knowledge of homelessness and support planning
* Good communication and IT skills
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
* NISCC registered or willing to register
