We're looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager who can lead cloud infrastructure delivery across AWS and Azure, manage customer expectations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and keep operations running smoothly.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

Cloud Skills We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure managed services.
\n
• Ensure SLA, KPI, incident, problem, change, and release management excellence.
\n
• Act as the key customer contact for service reviews, escalations, and improvements.
\n
• Lead and mentor cloud/infrastructure engineers.
\n
• Drive automation, standardization, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
\n

\n

Good working knowledge of AWS and Azure services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch, Azure VMs, VNet, Storage, Backup, Monitor, Load Balancer, App Services, Azure SQL, Entra ID, and AKS.

\n

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

\n

\n
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or managed services.
\n
• At least 2 years in a Service Delivery, Technical Lead, or Team Lead role.
\n
• Strong ITIL process understanding.
\n
• Experience managing AWS and/or Azure production environments.
\n
• Excellent communication, customer management, and stakeholder handling skills.
\n

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
\n
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
\n
