We are looking out for a lively, high skilled advertising client servicing manager with a knack for developing good customer relations, to support our client servicing team.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on non-digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' products, services, competitors, target markets, and marketing objectives to develop effective solutions.
• Create campaigns and generate innovative ideas based on client briefs.
• Prepare reports, way-forward documents, and creative briefs for projects and campaigns.
• Work with planning, design, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' requirements.
• Meet with clients to conceptualize and present marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch plans.
• Develop marketing plans and budgets for campaigns to align with client goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring effective delegation, collaboration, performance, and timely delivery of client requirements.
• Guide team members on client management, strategic thinking, campaign execution, and problem-solving while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of work experience in a mainline agency (not a media, event, digital agency)
• Non-digital work experience is a must

Required Skills

• Brand Strategy, Planning and management
• Client Management, Servicing and account management (not accountancy)
• Creative conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding
• Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Playing and Operations
