Job DescriptionAbout the Company Being Health is a therapist-led, virtual mental health care organization committed to helping people emotionally transform their lives. We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist (1–2 years experience) to join our therapist-led mental health practice and work closely with the founder. Role Overview: You will work with clients dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety (including health anxiety), and emotional regulation through structured, depth-oriented therapy.
Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct 1:1 on line therapy sessions ● Work with clients in a structured 10-week therapeutic journey ● Conduct and interpret psychological assessments ● Maintain clinical documentation and ethical standards ● Use evidence-based, formulation-driven approaches Who we're looking for: ● Qualified Clinical Psychologist (1–2 years experience) ● Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional understanding ● Ability to build therapeutic alliance with clear boundaries ● Comfortable working with deep, complex emotional concerns ● Open to supervision, feedback, and continuous learning
